I just spent over 30 minutes waiting on the phone trying to schedule an appointment, which is something I should be able to accomplish online while not having to waste what looks like now an hour out of my work day.
I have been trying to update my info for a couple months. I gave a new email address first, then attempted to update other info as I got it to no avail. I realize how important this is. Today I have a 2 hour wait on the phone. I’m diligently trying to update my info. I’ve not been well.

August 5, 2019; came to West Chester SS office to apply for benefits. Collecting benefits when my father, James A. Bryan apply for full SS benefits. Since I was under 18 and still in school; turning 18 on 11-19-19; my school completed the form of school compliance till June 2020. The form was sent to the SS office with the initials of the person on the envelope. When contacting SS; the form was questioned and his payments were pending. Plans to come to West Chester SS office to resolve the pending payments on 12-19-19. Thank you!
I & my wife need an appointment @ the West Chester Pa Soc. Sec office . She needs info on Medicare & I would like to reset my online Social Security password
Do I bring my amended W4V to your office or can I mail it?
Need a new SS card. Website says have to go to an office. Call the number, recording says to order card online. Wait an hour, get a call back and they say we don't do appointments for replacement cards. Does any of the hands know what the other hand is doing?
Waited over one hour and finally hung up.
Called to tell SS that I was cancelling an appointment and had to wait on the phone twenty minutes to get a human on the phone. Ridiculous.
