This SSA Office never/ever connects me to a live person when I call. I am simply placed on hold forever.
I'm trying to make an appointment with the Social Security office in West Sacramento, CA. No one answers the phone. Do i need to show up in person?
'Call the phone number as early as possible or after 6pm. When the office is open, a representative will give you a call back.' FALSE They will NEVER call you back. Leaving voicemails for 3 months after THEY failed to call me on the SCHEDULED phone call and CANCELLED my benefits.
I still haven't received my check what can I do to get direct deposit on a card
I am trying to obtain a replacement social security card for myself ...how do I do that?
I need to speak to a live person not a machine
Buenas notches perdio mi seguro y ocupo Uno Que nesecito
Hello, I'd like to make an appointment for SS benefits. Thanks, Valentina
I need to order a replacement social security card mine is laminated, dmv does not accept that.please help me.
I think that most Government Agencies suck... my normal attitude is...don't shoot the messenger. I always try to be polite and friendly. However, in this case, I am going to shoot the messenger. I was told completely false information by one of the women who works at the windows. She totally screwed me over and said that I would have to pay a penalty and couldn't register for health care until the next July....a full year later. Luckily , I was strong enough to challenge her information and connected to someone who knew what they were talking about. I'm ok...but what about the next guy who is put off by the system and doesn't speak up for themselves. What happens to that person? If you are going to work with the public, you should be informed and with-it enough to give the correct information. I think they need to retrain some of the workers.
Horrible service! SS has made a grievous mistake with my SS check. I have been trying to change it by going to the office, calling, etc and I have had very little assistance. I do not think these people are doing their jobs and I am going to complain to the powers that be.
Your phone responsiveness is a big zero. Your phone menu wastes 20 minutes of my time then hangs up on me without explanation - TWICE! Your West sacramento office employees do not return my calls when I leave a message. You still have not corrected my daughters federal withhholding status even though I left her revised W4V in their drop box about three months ago. And I cannot connect with one live person after one month of trying - not even to make an appointment! No excuse.
