Have been trying to get a hold of social security office, since the first of last month they deposited too much money in my account. I'm trying to get it straightened out but I can't seem to get a hold of nobody, called 4 days straight.
How do I tell the Social Security Administration of a change of address?
They got my card wrong and I have to submit all the paperwork again and wait for another month. They suck.
I want to change my name so how can i make appointment?
This place always mess up my SSI, then blame me.
I just spoke with Jessica. She was extremely helpful in my navigating my Part B application for Medicare. I've been trying for a week to get a response from the Chicago office with no response (I lived there when I applied and have since moved). Thank you so much.
My brother recently immigrated to the US applied for Social Security card thru the Green card application. It is possible for it to show that his case is in process?
I have called 2x and asked to hold a min about replacing my card .i can hear things and then it hang up .

Hope know one talks to her in the manner she talked to me Social security service continue the good work but please try and check these agents Thanks

Have called 3 times today, 2 time yesterday. You are on hold each time for 18 min. Then it rings Through, only the automated person come to say Agent are busy. Call back later. Then it hangs up The phone. So frustrating. Need an appt. To talk In a room. I cannot hear with all the music and People in the office. Please help me lord
in office with appt. 11 a.m. June 10. clerk told me i should have gone to Springfiled rather than Worthington and that is why the office was so crowed. I felt she was yelling at me for coming. It is 1/2 hr closer drive to come to Worthington from my home. About my spousal claim she took the claim but due to Ohio Pers. it will be denied. I felt so terrible leaving this office due to her behavior. I as a taxpayer have the right to go to any office for help. Just bringing my thoughts to light. thanks for listening.
Received a call from an agent as a follow-up to my application for Medicare/SS benefits. Very courteous and helpful. Agent indicated he would follow up again in two days to arrange an appointment. Such call was never received. I attempted to call back at the given number, but the number is no longer valid and was instructed to dial a different number. Upon calling the new number, was placed on 18-minute hold and the call was disconnected advising to call back again. Second call was also placed in 18-minute hold and disconnected in similar fashion. Repeated attempts to call this office met the same handling. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE service!
Great in-facility service but long phone waits.
