I called you two weeks ago and was on hold for 3 in a half hours the lady finally answered and took my information, my name, phone number, email address etc and then told me my local social security office will call in in 7 days and send me a email will a appointment so I can come in and discuss Medicare, no one has called or emailed me…No one..disappointed with the service. I’m on the phone now again it’s been a three hour hold once again.
Why it is so difficult to take an appointment, its been a 2 months, I am calling but no 1 answer properly.
I've been waiting 4 months to get a copy of my ssc . I've lost 2 jobs because of u guys, and it's ridiculous that somebody has to wait this long to get a copy of the social security card. Every time I call and get through to somebody I get hung up on you need to fix your answering service.
Why? This is wrong! We have to make an appointment? I can not get social security to answer the phone..its been months, i have been trying to make appointment..ANSWER YOUR PHONE.
I have been calling for 2 months to set an appointment for a new ssc because I got a divorce & you guys just wont answer the phone.
I have left numerous messages due to receiving a call and messages about a so called missed telephone appt, none of which have ever been returned. never received notice of any appointments- and now my check has not been deposited, which means my phone will be shut off and I will have no way to call for help should I need it. This office is a joke! workers seem to be intellectually impaired, and a detriment to the system they have been supposedly trained to serve
I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me then when I called back it went to a recording I hope the conversation was recorded.
Ive tried calling multiple times and was on hold for hours. Also I have tried to make an appointment online and no luck.
I have tried to call three times today 9-22-2020. I have been on hold every time for at least 10 minutes or longer. I have been hung up on every time so far, it rings and then has the automated voice come on, and then after awhile there is no ring and no voice then it hangs up on me. I am trying to call again, as we speak. I am not one to write a review but this happened to be about a month ago when trying to call in.
I have been leaving messages and have not received a return call. I am getting desperate. I complied with moving back to resource house and still have not received a SSI check in two months.
Trying to make an appointment to come in to the Social Security Office in Yuba City without waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. There is no link I can find to do this. Please advise.
